Our Story
A family farm, not an estate
For 50 years, the farm has been owned and managed by a Colombian coffee tradition family. Now that coffee, instead of being sold to middle man and processors, is being processed by the same family on the farm, creating the specialty coffee brand: Flor de Damas.
From the ridge to your cup
Every single bean comes from the shade grown coffee trees at the Flor de Damas' farm. Going through different processes after the harvest, being the main three: Washed, Natural and Honey. The beans are roasted daily and shipped bi-weekly, to ensure freshnes on every single bag.
The mountain does the hard part. We just refuse to rush it.
