Grown in mist

The farm sits in the fog belt of the Western Andes, where Pacific clouds climb the ridge each afternoon. Cooler air slows the ripening and the cherry sweetens for it.

Picked by hand

Every pass through the rows takes only the fully ripe cherries. The rest wait on the branch for the next one.

Dried without hurry

Slow drying in shaded beds keeps the cup clean and the sweetness intact, the same way it has been done on this mountain for generations.

One mountain, one coffee

We grow a single coffee and give it everything: the altitude of the ridge, the mist off the Pacific, and the patience of slow drying. What reaches you is the mountain in a cup.

The mountain does the hard part. We just refuse to rush it.
