Flor de Damas Coffee 4th of July Giveaway Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID IN RHODE ISLAND AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
1. Sponsor
The sponsor of this giveaway is Flor de Damas Coffee (“Sponsor”), located in Novato, California.
2. Giveaway Period
The Flor de Damas Coffee 4th of July Giveaway begins on June 30, 2026 and ends on July 5, 2026 (“Giveaway Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.
3. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Rhode Island, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
The Giveaway is void in Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories and possessions, outside the United States, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
Employees, owners, contractors, representatives, and immediate family members of Flor de Damas Coffee are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
To enter, visit flordedamas.com during the Giveaway Period and submit the required entry information through the Giveaway form.
Entrants may also enter without subscribing to marketing emails by emailing flordedamascoffee@gmail.com with the subject line “4th of July Giveaway Entry” and including their full name, email address, state of residence, and confirmation that they are 18 years of age or older.
Limit one entry per person and one entry per email address during the Giveaway Period. Multiple entries by the same person using different email addresses, identities, or other methods may be disqualified.
Marketing email consent is optional and is not required to enter or win. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time without affecting their eligibility.
5. Prize
One winner will receive 52 weeks of Flor de Damas Coffee, defined as one 12 oz bag of Flor de Damas Coffee per week for 52 weeks.
Prize includes standard U.S. shipping to the eligible winner’s valid U.S. shipping address.
Approximate Retail Value: up to $1,560 USD, based on 52 bags at up to $30 per bag.
Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Product selection may be subject to availability. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
6. Winner Selection
One potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
The drawing will take place on or around July 5, 2026.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be notified by email using the email address submitted at entry.
The potential winner must respond within 5 business days of notification. If the potential winner does not respond within that time, is found ineligible, cannot accept the prize, or fails to complete any required documents, Sponsor may select an alternate winner by random drawing.
Sponsor may require the winner to provide a valid shipping address, proof of eligibility, and any tax-related information reasonably required to award the prize.
8. Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes, fees, or costs associated with accepting and using the prize, except standard shipping included with the prize.
9. General Conditions
By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized human intervention, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper operation of the Giveaway.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, submits false information, or acts in an unfair, abusive, or disruptive manner.
10. Release of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Flor de Damas Coffee and its owners, employees, representatives, partners, vendors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, misuse, or delivery of the prize.
11. Privacy
Information submitted in connection with the Giveaway will be used to administer the Giveaway, contact the potential winner, deliver the prize, and, only if the entrant separately agrees, send marketing communications from Flor de Damas Coffee.
Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with Flor de Damas Coffee’s Privacy Policy.
12. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s first name, state of residence, and general winner announcement for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
13. Winner List
To request the winner’s first name and state of residence, email flordedamascoffee@gmail.com with the subject line “4th of July Giveaway Winner List” within 30 days after the end of the Giveaway Period.
14. Governing Law
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
